It looks Like I’ve stumbled upon a new EQ Emulation. This one is by NoiseAsh, called Motone EQ.

The Collection: NoiseAsh’s Take On The Motown EQ
The Motone EQ Collection comprises two versions: the Standard and Pro. The Standard version is a faithful recreation of the original.
The Pro version expands on the original’s features, offering more flexibility and control for the modern producer.
This equalizer was used extensively for Motown Records during the 1960s which contributed to the distinctive sound of many hit records.
